My 30-step plan to lose (baby) weight


  1. I tried this weight-loss plan, but I had my own pacifiers: stashes of Snickers bars around the house, for when I just needed a little boost of energy (4-5 times a day).

  2. This cracked me up! Have you tried duct tape? :)

  3. Yes, no kidding!!! Why do I NOT have the best body in Northern VA, for as many times as I walk up and down the stairs of my multi-level townhouse?!?!!?
